Adrian R. Urias, ME, Vice President
Mr. Urias is skilled in the field of Biomedical Engineering, with experience
in research, design and testing of interactive medical support systems for
the pre-hospital, critical care, and home health environments. He has
primarily focused on noninvasive patient monitoring and patient diagnostic
equipment, and has been directly involved in the design, testing, and
evaluation of several home health care devices including a diabetic monitor
and a home care monitoring system.
Mr. Urias has served as the project leader for the SAVe (Simplified
Automated Ventilator) since its inception. Mr. Urias received his Masters
in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, Claremont CA, and his BS in
Engineering. Mr. Urias has completed FDA workshops in the Design Control FDA
& ISO, Risk Management & Medical Devices, and 510(k) Submissions.
